SHIPPING POLICY

LM Design Haus offers shipping, delivery, and receiving assistance for eligible orders. Shipping and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, vendor lead times, production schedules, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.

All shipping, delivery, handling, storage, and installation fees are non-refundable.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, quantity, destination, and type of merchandise ordered. Some items may require freight delivery, white-glove delivery, special handling, or installation services.

Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. LM Design Haus is not responsible for delays caused by vendors, manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs, weather, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including address, contact information, building access, elevator reservations, loading dock requirements, certificate of insurance requirements, and any special delivery instructions.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all items fit through doors, elevators, hallways, stairways, and into the intended space before placing an order. LM Design Haus is not responsible if an item does not fit due to site conditions.

Any damages, defects, or missing items must be reported in writing to info@lmdesignhaus.com within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Photos of the item, packaging, and delivery condition may be required to process a claim.

Once merchandise has been delivered, picked up, installed, or moved from the original delivery location, LM Design Haus may not be able to submit a claim with the vendor or carrier.

Storage fees may apply if merchandise is not picked up or delivered within the agreed timeframe after arrival.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All custom orders, made-to-order items, special orders, final sale items, floor samples, and items purchased with special pricing or discounts are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange.

Because many of our pieces are sourced directly from selected vendors, return eligibility depends on each vendor’s individual return policy. If a vendor accepts a return, LM Design Haus may review the request and, if approved, assist with the return process.

Approved returns may be subject to vendor restocking fees, shipping fees, handling fees, and any additional costs associated with the return. These fees are the responsibility of the client and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging. LM Design Haus reserves the right to deny any return if the item is damaged, used, altered, installed, assembled, or not returned in acceptable condition.

Delivery, shipping, installation, storage, and service fees are non-refundable.

Any return request must be submitted in writing to info@lmdesignhaus.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the item type, vendor policy, and condition of the merchandise.

By placing an order with LM Design Haus, the client acknowledges and agrees that custom orders and final purchases are not returnable, and that all approved returns are subject to vendor approval and LM Design Haus review.
